I had listed my car on auto trader and was contacted by Kapil to negotiate on prices, he came up with a fair offer and despite offering under my asking price (no surprise as it’s a trade buy) the conversation was easy and reasonable.

He ended up raising his offer as I had such a well documented and maintained example and stuck to it even after coming to view.

The sale process was easy, took it to his office and went through all the paperwork necessary.

Everything that was said was done, would happily sell my next car to him when the time comes.
